Dear Pacific Ridge Community,
It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I write this letter of introduction as the Assistant Principal of Pacific Ridge Elementary School. With over 20 years of experience in education, I firmly believe in the Seaside School District’s (SSD) core values which include an equitable, safe learning environment, engaging well-rounded education, and a focus on collective wellness and community partnerships. I know that by working together we can make sure every child’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met. That is my commitment to our shared students, colleagues, and the community.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon, a Master of Science in Special Education from Pacific University, and a Certificate of Administrative Licensure from Portland State University. I am a proud community member of Seaside, Oregon, and spend my free time enjoying all the activities the North Coast has to offer. You can often find me surfing, fishing, and mountain biking with my incredible wife and two amazing children. I am eternally grateful to live, work, and play in this wonderful part of the world and wouldn’t want to be anyplace else.
