Where did you go to school? Oregon State University and Grand Canyon University for my masters.
How long have you been teaching and what grade level? This is my third year teaching 1st grade!
What's your favorite subject to teach? I love to teach reading and social/emotional learning.
What was your favorite subject when you were in school? My favorite subject was always reading and writing.
Who was your favorite teacher & why? or What made you want to become a teacher? I worked as an educational assistant for 3 years prior to teaching 1st grade. During that time I found a passion for teaching and wanting to work in the classroom to help ALL students be successful and enjoy school.
Favorite hobby? Golf, walks, cooking.
Favorite book? I love reading the Little SPOT series to students.
Favorite coffee drink? Not a coffee drinker :)
